Fire doors

The fire door, also PCF call is a fire door, used in order to ensure fire protection also prevents the passage of fire or smoke between compartments, facilitating the escape of people and resgates.Tal port is used at various locations in everyday life, such as shopping centers, theaters, cinemas, among several buildings as apartments.

The fire doors can be made of combination of various materials such as steel, gypsum, vermiculite and ceramic fiber. Use and Maintenance

Safety

The PCF is qualified by ABNT 11742 through the certification seal ABNT or other organ of the Conmetro. All doors sold in Brazil must pass compliance tests, conducted at the Institute for Technological Research (IPT).

The doors are classified as P-30, P-60, P-90 and P-120, in accordance with the duration time (resistance) to fire in minutes. To ensure protection, its components as lock and hinge should also be in accordance with ABNT 13768. The door firebreak can also be fitted with panic bar, according to ABNT 11785.

Each port should receive the escape route direction, a sign that read: DOOR FIRE CUT - You MUST KEEP CLOSED. It is prohibited to prevent the free door lock fireproof with any kind of object. Simple models





Fire doors Single or one (1) sheet. Standards offer three steps 80, 90 or 100 cm. Other sizes are manufactured to order. The measurements of 0.80, 0.90 or 1.00 meter, corresponding to the sheet width, which is the moving component of the security door.


Insulated doors





Fire doors Double or TWO sheet. We offer three standard measures, 160, 180 or 230 cm. The manufacture of other sizes can be tailored. The measurements of 1.60, 1.80 or 2.30 meters, corresponding to the sum of the widths of the two sheets, which are the moving parts of the door.
